The County Officer will advise clerks on the statutory obligations and discuss best practice during this session.\n\nCouncil and Committee meetings\nTerms of Reference and Delegation\nPreparing Agendas\nSummons and Notices\nPublic and confidential business\nEtiquette at meetings\nEssential elements of Minutes\n\nTime: 11am – 1pm (please join 10 minutes in advance so that we can register your attendance and assist with any connection issues that you may need help with)\nZoom instructions for joining will be issued closer to the training date \nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given. However, this could cause an event to be cancelled if it becomes uneconomic to run.\nMembers:  £38 per ticket\nNon- members: £60 per ticket\n
