This training will take you through the basics of running typical community projects.\n This includes; –\n\nGetting schemes off the ground\nPlanning schedules of work\nTime management\nBudgeting\nOngoing monitoring\n\nWhether working alone, in a team or in collaboration with partners, this session covers the fundamental skills; to avoid potential pitfalls and deliver successful project management. \nRunning time: 2 hours approximately depending on Q&A\nRemote access: Zoom joining instructions will be issued closer to the time\nCourse tutor: Mike Deegan\nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given.
