Developing a simple plan clarifies;\n\nGoals to be achieved\nPriority tasks\nPersonnel involved\nRelevant stakeholders\nMilestones and Timescales\nResources and budget required\n\nThe session will look at successful case studies and the role local council strategies and business plans play in producing operational action plans. A review of best practice will also demonstrate how councils can achieve positive two-way community engagement; while establishing a public plan for its goals, workload and budget expenditure.\nSuitability: Officers and councillors\nRunning time: 2 hours approximately depending on Q&A\nRemote access: Zoom joining instructions will be issued closer to the time\nCourse tutor: Mike Deegan\nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given.
