DESCRIPTION:oneill homer will be talking through three illustrated case studies of town and village design codes it has produced in the last couple of years. It will compare and contrast these cases with other approaches to design coding, guidance and appraisal. The session will help town and parish councils that are keen to improve the quality of design in their areas, as part of, or instead of, a neighbourhood plan project, but using the available grant for that purpose.\n \n
